By the Sea is an A3 original artwork created with alcohol inks, inspired by the shapes, movement, and colours found along cold, quiet beaches. Layers of soft turquoise and deep ocean blue flow together in organic forms, echoing scattered seashells, smooth pebbles, sea glass and tidal pools revealed at low tide. Each shape has been carefully placed to evoke the meditative rhythm of wandering the shoreline, breathing in salty air, and feeling the crisp sea breeze. This piece captures the beauty of still moments by the water, offering a sense of calm and connection to the raw, untamed edge of the ocean.
This work when bought unframed will come rolled in a tube. Frames are available from most homewares retailers.
The framed version has a white mat and is framed in an MDF black film covered frame with a flexiplex (not glass) cover.
