Nanette's Story

Nanette means “grace” — a name that suits her perfectly. Born into a French-Vietnamese family, Nanette grew up between two cultures rich in flavour, tradition, and artistry. She made her name as a bold, boundary-pushing chef in the vibrant culinary scene of London. Her dishes, much like her wardrobe, are a masterclass in harmony — delicate florals, punchy spices, and unexpected textures that surprise and delight. Her pink and green ensemble is a nod to her favourite dessert: pandan and rose choux, a menu staple at her celebrated Notting Hill bistro.
